Key Things to Know

Blank cells remove data. If a cell is empty in your import file, the existing value in Cloud MT will be cleared for that field.

Every import requires either a Product ID or Lookup Code column so Turbo MT knows which products to update. You cannot use both in the same import.

File formats: CSV (.csv) and Excel (.xlsx) are supported.
File size limit: 4.2 MB max.
Images: Up to 14 image URLs per product.
Export limit: Up to 50,000 products when exporting with filters. No limit when exporting all products.
