Exporting Products
Download your Cloud MT product data as an Excel file. You choose which products to include and which columns to export.
Filter Products
Narrow down which products to export using any combination of filters:
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Partial match. Separate multiple search terms with commas or press Enter. |
| Active | Active, inactive, or all products |
| Local Stock | In stock, out of stock, or all |
| Remote Stock | SIM & warehouse stock levels |
| Brand | Filter by brand name |
| Season | Filter by season |
| Department | Filter by department (with sub-filters 1-3) |
| Item Group | Filter by item group (with sub-filters 1-3) |
| Primary Category | Filter by category path |
You can save filter combinations as presets for quick reuse. Click “Save Preset” after setting your filters.
Choose Columns
Select which product fields to include in your export.
- Product ID and Lookup Code are always included and cannot be removed.
- Columns are grouped by category (Basic Information, Descriptions, Media, Attributes, etc.).
- Use the search box to find specific columns. Searching “facet” shows all Find & Filter Options.
- Your column selections are remembered for next time.
- Use Select All, Deselect All, or Reset to manage selections quickly.
Department & filters and Item Group & filters toggle as groups - enabling Department also enables Department Filter 1-3.
Export
Click Export to start. The progress screen shows:
- How many products have been processed
- How many matched your filters
- A progress bar
When complete, click Download to save the file as Turbo MT Product Export.xlsx.
Export Limits
- When exporting with filters applied, a maximum of 50,000 matching products are included. A warning is shown if your filters match more.
- When exporting all products (no filters), there is no product limit.
- If some products have data warnings (e.g. missing required fields), you can enable Bypass Checks in advanced options to include them anyway.
Tips
- Export your data before a bulk import to have a backup of current values.
- Use the exported file as a starting point for your import file - the column names will already match Cloud MT fields.
- Collections are exported as separate columns (Collection 1, Collection 2, etc.) based on the maximum number of collections any product has.
