AI Activator V3
A kanban-style workflow where AI processes products in the background while you review them on a board. Products flow through three columns: Pending → Review → Complete.
How It Works
When you open a V3 job, you see a kanban board with your products in the Pending column. The system automatically picks up pending products, fetches data from the supplier website, and runs AI processing. When a product is ready, it moves to Review for you to check.
You don’t need to wait for all products to finish processing. Start reviewing products as they appear in the Review column while others continue processing in the background.
Autopilot
When creating a V3 job, you can enable Autopilot. This lets AI automatically confirm the supplier URL and colour group when it’s highly confident in its selection. When confidence is low, it falls back to manual review.
With autopilot off, you manually confirm the URL and colour group for every product.
The Kanban Board

- Click a product card to open it for review.
- If a product fails during background processing, a banner shows what went wrong. You can reset it to try again.
Reviewing a Product
Confirm URL
The supplier product page URL suggested by AI. Confirm it or enter a different one. Confirming links the domain to the brand for better future searches.
Colour Group
Review the AI-detected colour variants. Add or remove products from the group and assign the correct Cloud MT colour to each.
If autopilot is enabled and confidence is high, this step may already be confirmed when you open the product.
Organise Images
Images fetched from the supplier site are automatically organised by AI Vision — assigned to the correct colour group product and ordered.
- Drag and drop to reorder or reassign images between products.
- Hover over an image to delete or duplicate it.
- Deleted images move to the Image Bank, not permanently removed.
Confirm Product Names
Review AI-formatted product names. The original Cloud MT name is shown for comparison.
Review Descriptions
Check the AI-generated short and long descriptions. Edit manually if needed.
Review Tech Spec
Review the technical specifications table. Add, remove, or edit rows. This step is skipped if no tech spec data was found.
Review Size Guide
Review sizing information if available. Skipped if no size guide data was found.
Review Facets
Confirm department, item group, category, gender, age, colour, and other filter values pre-filled by AI.
Review Other
Additional options including video URL, buyer’s guide, stock tracking, click-and-collect, and pre-launch settings.
Final Preview
Side-by-side comparison of the updated product. Verify everything looks correct before saving.
Save & Complete
The product is saved to Cloud MT, activated, and moved to the Complete column. The next product in the Review column opens automatically.
Colour Group Variants
When a product has colour variants, the primary product appears on the kanban board. Variant products appear as children underneath. Shared information (descriptions, tech specs, facets) is applied across the entire group, while images and names are unique to each variant.
Skipping & Resetting
- Skip — Move a product to Complete without saving any changes. Useful for products you don’t want to activate yet.
- Reset — Move a product back to Pending to restart processing. Useful if something went wrong or you want to try again with a different URL.
Saving
- Images are saved when you confirm the image organisation step.
- All other data (descriptions, names, facets, specs, colour group) is saved together at the end of the review flow.
- Products are automatically activated in Cloud MT after a successful save.
