Company Settings

Open Settings from the Product Activator home page. These are company-level settings that apply to all users in your organisation.

Changes to these settings affect all users in your organisation, not just your account.

Activator Settings

Configure which steps appear in the AI Activator (V2) and V3 workflows.

Additional options:

  • Enable SEO Page Title — Shows the SEO page title field during review and auto-fills it with AI suggestions.

Editor Settings

Configure which tabs appear in the AI Editor. At least one tab must be enabled.

Additional options:

  • Auto-Trigger Find Product Online — Automatically starts the product URL search when you open a product.
  • Enable SEO Page Title — Allows editors to generate and save SEO page titles alongside product names.

AI Customisation

Add custom instructions to control how AI generates content. Each field accepts up to 15,000 characters. All are optional.

Brand Website Mapper

Found on the Product Activator home page under Brand Website Mapper.

Map brand names to their official website URLs. This ensures that when AI searches for product pages, it looks on the correct brand website rather than third-party retailers.

  • Click Create Brand Mapping to add a new mapping.
  • Existing mappings are shown in a searchable table.
  • When you confirm a supplier URL in the AI Activator, the domain is automatically linked to that brand.

Setting up brand mappings before activating products significantly improves the accuracy of AI-suggested product URLs.

Reporting Dashboard

Found on the Product Activator home page under Reporting Dashboard.

View activation metrics across your team:

  • Date range — Today, this week, last month, custom range, and more.
  • Filters — Filter by company or user.
  • Group by — View stats grouped by user or company.
  • Charts — Activation timeline, breakdown by category, and a 52-week activity heatmap.
  • Products table — Individual product-level activation details.

The dashboard auto-refreshes every 60 seconds.
