Key Concepts

Jobs — Group products into a batch job to work through them together. Choose a mode (AI Activator, V3, or AI Editor) when creating a job.
Colour Groups — Products that are the same item in different colours. AI detects these automatically and configures the group in Cloud MT.
WebSIM — Fetches images and descriptions from a product’s supplier website.
Autopilot (V3 only) — AI automatically confirms the supplier URL and colour group when it’s highly confident. Falls back to manual review when uncertain.

Products are saved to Cloud MT at specific points during the workflow, not continuously. Each mode’s guide explains when saves happen.
